Hi Sasha

I am happy that you mention it, I used to run afrodateline as an Online dating site, the site was totally free of charge and before even to got successful the site was flooded with fraud subscribers which intentions you’ve just described.

That was the main reason I decided to close the site and transform the online dating site into what it is now a blog about relationships.

Running a free non profit site as I did brought me many troubles & complaints, what promises to provide an interactive way to find friendship or possibly begin a new romance with people of any colour ends with subscribers’ complaints.

On the other hand only a handful of my subscribers ever report ‘online fraudsters’ and that make my task even harder to be able to banned them from the system & deal with it accordingly…

The internet is not always a safe place to meet people. In fact, you will actually have a better chance at meeting someone real if you meet them the old fashion way. The only two men I actually had conversation with via email were both frauds. Both were posing as someone else...pictures were stolen out of a magazine. The first guy tried to tell me he was stuck in the airport and thought I was going to send him some money....I guess he is still in the airport. The second guy didnt have a chance because I blew his cover within 24 hours. When you report these people to the websites they dont care as long as the monthly fee is being deducted off that credit card.
